New to the area so initially went to the BMW service centre but was messed around with them giving me inconsistent and unreasonable quotes on investigative work for my headlight and convertible roof not opening. I checked their reviews and went immediately to pick up my car and take it to Frenchie Autos (not all centres will take on a convertible issue). Kay was straight up about what was required to investigate at far more reasonable cost. Issue was not immediately fixed but I needed my car so Kay worked around me and got the roof and headlight resolved. He also replaced my worn rear tyres at a competitive price. Very happy with the professional service provided.
